Adhinayakudu Story

The film begins in Rayalaseema, where revered leader Harishchandra Prasad is brutally assassinated, leaving his younger son Raghu paralyzed. Fifteen years later, corrupt politician Kotappa, along with the devious DGP Jayaprakash, conspires with imprisoned gangster Nagulappa to wipe out Harishchandra Prasad’s elder son, Ramakrishna Prasad, who has since become the region’s respected arbiter. Their plan begins with targeting his beloved niece Deepti.

Meanwhile, Nagulappa grooms a lethal weapon for their cause—a professional hitman named Bobby, shockingly revealed to be Ramakrishna Prasad’s long-lost son. Raised as an orphan in Mumbai by a mobster named Dada, Bobby becomes a contract killer with his own moral code: executing only the corrupt and brutal. Learning of his true roots, he returns to protect his family. Without Deepti realizing, Bobby shadows her and saves her twice, stirring an unspoken bond. She soon recognizes his features as those of her missing cousin, and the two develop affection.

When Deepti is abducted by Nagulappa’s men, Bobby fights valiantly but is wounded. Just as Nagulappa is about to finish him off, Ramakrishna Prasad intervenes. Instead of gratitude, he rebukes Bobby, warning him never to mingle with his family. Undeterred, Bobby cleverly enters his household, winning over his mother and grandmother Lakshmi, though Ramakrishna continues to loathe him. Bobby then learns the truth: Ramakrishna is Lakshmi’s stepson, once ostracized by Harishchandra Prasad for her crime, and barred from entering the house to this day.

The villains strike again, framing Bobby for Harishchandra Prasad’s murder and implicating Ramakrishna Prasad as well. Shockingly, Ramakrishna affirms the accusation, causing the family and public to expel them both, and the police seize them. At this breaking point, paralyzed Raghu springs to life, revealing the past. Harishchandra Prasad was a just leader who dreamt of building a massive steel plant to end factionalism and bring prosperity. He secured foreign collaborations and battled Nagulappa, who had grabbed government land. During one of Nagulappa’s ploys, Bobby was abducted, leading Harishchandra to believe his son was dead. Despite tragedies—including Deepti’s parents being killed—Ramakrishna stood by his father like a shield, even while ostracized.

As the truth surfaces, remorse spreads across the family. In the climax, Ramakrishna Prasad and Bobby join forces in a fierce showdown against Nagulappa and his allies, restoring justice. Lakshmi, repentant, finally welcomes Ramakrishna into the house.

The film ends on a victorious note with Ramakrishna Prasad continuing Harishchandra Prasad’s legacy, the family reunited, and Rayalaseema freed from the grip of tyranny.
