Akhanda Story

The film begins in an impenetrable forest where the Indian Army is in pursuit of the dreaded brigand Gajendra Sahu. Gravely injured in an encounter, Gajendra is rescued by the head of a religious organization, Maha Rudra Peetam. The chieftain preaches that divinity resides in nature and must be eternally protected, but Gajendra betrays and kills him, vowing to exploit nature. Before dying, the chieftain warns him never to challenge fate or the universe.

Meanwhile, in Anantapur, Ramachandraiah and Dharani are blessed with twin boys, one of whom is stillborn. An Aghora prophesies that one child represents nature and the stillborn embodies destruction, akin to Shiva’s fury. Ramachandraiah secretly entrusts the stillborn to the Aghoras of Kashi, where the child miraculously revives at a temple sanctum and is raised by ascetics. Years later, one twin, Murali Krishna, grows into a revered leader who strives to eradicate factionalism and uplift society. His idealism impresses newly appointed District Collector Saranya Bachupally, and the two marry, later having a daughter.

Elsewhere, gangster Antahpuram Varadarajulu illegally conducts uranium mining in a reserved forest, aided spiritually by Gajendra Sahu. Laborers suffer under inhumane conditions. When Saranya orders a secret inquiry by Principal Secretary Padmavati, Murali Krishna discovers that children in the region are falling mysteriously ill due to contamination. Padmavati reveals Varadarajulu’s atrocities, warning that the entire region could become a graveyard. Murali Krishna confronts Varadarajulu but is thwarted by his ally, Central Minister Bharat Reddy. Shortly after, a hospital bombing kills Bharat, and Murali Krishna is wrongfully framed and imprisoned by NIA officer Krishnamacharya Perumal.

As tragedy mounts, Saranya’s daughter falls ill. While fleeing an attack, she stumbles into an ancient cave temple where she encounters Akhanda Rudra Sikandar Aghora—Murali Krishna’s long-lost twin, blessed with supernatural powers. Akhanda revives the child, defeats the attackers, and becomes a beacon of divine retribution. Gajendra Sahu recognizes Akhanda as the manifestation of God destined to end him. Akhanda launches an assault on Varadarajulu’s mines, liberating enslaved workers and killing Varadarajulu.

Furious, Gajendra seeks the help of Kapalik tantrik Prachanda, who curses Murali Krishna’s child with death. To counter it, Akhanda calls upon Kedari Aghori Baba from Kashi, who prescribes the Maha Mrityunjaya Homam. During the ritual, Akhanda endures immense suffering but completes it with Murali Krishna’s assistance. Empowered by Shiva’s grace, Akhanda annihilates Gajendra Sahu and Prachanda in a cataclysmic battle.

In the end, as Akhanda prepares to leave, the child stops him. Touched, he promises always to return whenever she calls, ensuring his eternal presence as her protector.
