Ammalakkalu Story

The film begins in a village with two besties, Ramaiah & Kistaiah. Ramaiah lives with his wife, Sugunamma, two sons Sundar, & Kumar, and a daughter , Rupa , who vie for daily life. At this, Kishtaiah aids him in starting  a business by mortgaging his wife’s jewelry. Time being, Ramaiah earns riches, returns the loan, and says words to knit Kumar with Kishtaiah’s daughter , Usha. Meanwhile, Ramaiah’s sons proceed to higher education when the nasty women of the village heckle Usha. So, offended, Kistaiah joins Usha in the same school.

Years roll by, and Kumar & Usha’s love rises with them. Here, Ramaiah arranges Sundar’s spli ce with a shrew Shanta. During the weddings, the same ladies provoke Sugunamma, who mortifies Kistaiah, and a rift arises. Here, furious Kistaiah calls off the match between Usha & Kumar. So, they perform a registered marriage when soft – hearted Ramaiah wel comes them —however, Sugunamma & Shanta’s  envy makes Usha face the music when he moves abroad. The rest of the story is about how she got rid of these problems and reunited the family.
