Anasuyamma Gari Alludu Story

The film begins with the wealthy and arrogant Anasuyamma and her equally haughty daughter, Rukmini, who follows closely in her mother’s footsteps. Lokeswara Rao, Anasuyamma’s cunning cousin brother, schemes to usurp her wealth. One day, Rukmini quarrels with a mechanic, Harikrishna, which escalates into a wrangle with Anasuyamma, leaving her humiliated. Over time, with her submissive father’s guidance, Rukmini realizes her mistake and falls in love with Harikrishna. After a series of comic events, Harikrishna discovers through his mother, Parvatamma, that Anasuyamma is actually his maternal aunt—his late father Srikanth’s sister. In the past, Lokeswara Rao had misled Srikanth, turning him against Parvatamma. Though Parvatamma reformed him, Lokeswara Rao conspired further, disgracing Parvatamma and driving Srikanth to suicide. Learning this tragic truth, Harikrishna vows to prove his legitimacy and restore honor.

When Anasuyamma learns of her daughter’s affection, she arranges a wealthy alliance for Rukmini. Harikrishna disrupts the match and elopes with Rukmini. Despite Anasuyamma’s repeated efforts to retrieve her daughter, she fails, as Harikrishna taunts and challenges her at every step. Meanwhile, Lokeswara Rao betrays Anasuyamma, leading to her downfall and arrest. In the climax, Harikrishna rescues his aunt, defeats Lokeswara Rao, and restores justice. The film ends on a joyful note with the marriage of Harikrishna and Rukmini.
