Bharyabhartala Bandham Story

The film begins with a divorced couple: Sanjeevi, a self-made man, and Archana, a narcissist who constantly clashes with him whenever their paths cross. Archana raises their only daughter, Krishna, within her strict framework, keeping her unaware of her father. Determined to atone for his past mistakes, Sanjeevi decides to marry Krishna to his nephew, Radha. He introduces Radha to her under the guise of a stranger and secretly trains him in matters of love. Meanwhile, Madan, another suitor for Krishna, gains Archana’s trust. Despite this, Radha and Krishna fall in love, with Archana—unwittingly—supporting their bond through Madan’s involvement. Eventually, Radha and Krishna uncover their ties to Sanjeevi and demand the truth.

Sanjeevi recalls his past: he was raised by his elder sister, Kalyani, whom he deeply respected. Archana, the daughter of a wealthy man, married him for love, and they began life happily together. Tragedy struck when Kalyani, pregnant, lost her husband, and Sanjeevi brought her into their home. Archana, feeling overshadowed by his devotion to his sister, grew jealous. After childbirth, Kalyani died, deepening the rift between husband and wife. Their separation followed, with Sanjeevi vowing to one day humble Archana. In the present, Archana tries to hide Krishna at her maternal uncle’s place, but Radha successfully rescues her. On their return, Madan attacks them, only to be defeated by Radha. In the climax, Sanjeevi uses a clever plan to prove his point and redeem his word. The film ends on a happy note with the reunion of Sanjeevi and Archana, and the marriage of Radha and Krishna.
