Dictator Story

The film begins in Hyderabad, where Chandu, an employee at Dharma Group of Industries, lives with his wife Kathyayini’s family, while she works in Delhi. Once, an aspiring actress Indu befriends Chandu when she is hunted by gangsters targeting her brother. Soon, she is abducted, and Chandu locks horns with them, gaining the enmity of Minister Govardhan Rao and a corrupt cop Prabhakar, but he overpowers them. Parallelly, his co-worker Babji embezzles company funds for his daughter’s wedding, for which Chandu takes the blame. This draws the attention of company chieftain Rajasekhar Dharma, while his father-in-law Lakshmi Narayana begins probing the truth. In a flabbergasting twist, Chandu is revealed to be Chandrashekar Dharma, “The Dictator,” the chairman of Dharma Group of Companies, and the narrative spins back.

Chandrashekar is a powerful tycoon who fights against the mafia under the aegis of his organization. During this time, he falls in love with Kathyayini, an employee at his company. As her father opposes elite groups, she introduces him as a colleague, and the two eventually marry. Later, Chandrashekar battles influential tyrant Mahima Roy, who orchestrates the murder of his fatherly figure Hari Prasad through her son-in-law Vishwambhar. Mahima abducts Chandrashekar’s family and demands he surrender to her. However, Chandrashekar counters her moves, establishing his global network, and eliminates Vishwambhar. In the clash, Kathyayini is grievously injured, compelling Chandrashekar to leave Delhi at her request.

In the present, Chandrashekar learns of Vishwambhar’s survival through betrayal within his circle. His sly uncle Sivaram informs him of Vishwambhar’s arrival, disguised as “The Dictator,” to pay tribute to Hari Prasad. Vishwambhar launches an assault, only to be countered by Chandrashekar, as Sivaram’s duplicity is revealed to be part of Chandrashekar’s strategy. Ultimately, Chandrashekar defeats Vishwambhar and orders Mahima to leave the country. The film ends with Chandrashekar Dharma continuing his legacy as a fearless leader.
