Kanchu Kota Story

In the kingdom of Bhallalla, the noble King Rajendra Bhupathi entrusts power to his carefree brother Vijayendra, who falls under the sway of the cunning chief minister Bhairavacharya. Bhairava, scheming to place his daughter Madhavi on the throne, engineers Rajendra’s murder and cripples Vijayendra, seizing control of the kingdom. Queen Rajeshwari Devi escapes with infant Prince Surendra, while loyalist Sowrya Varma sacrifices his life, leaving his daughter Jayanthi in Vijayendra’s care. Bhairava then manipulates events by replacing children, imprisoning Vijayendra’s wife Vijayeswari, and ruling with tyranny, supported by the dacoit Prachanda.

Years later, the grown Surendra rises against Bhairava’s misrule. Along the way, he rescues young Narendra, becomes his ally, and falls in love with Jayanthi while spurning Madhavi’s affections. Through palace intrigue, hidden temples, and long-buried secrets, Surendra uncovers the truth about Bhairava’s treachery and the real Vijayendra’s survival. Friendships turn bitter, leading to tragedy as Madhavi dies, but in the end, the evil Bhairava is unmasked and destroyed. Peace is restored, Vijayendra is reunited with his family, and Surendra ascends the throne in triumph, marrying Jayanthi and fulfilling his royal destiny.
