Anukokunda Oka Roju Story

The film begins with Inspector Suresh Reddy seizing a peddler and tracking down drugs. However, he lets him off with the stock, taking kickbacks. Now the tail moves on Sahasra, a chorus singer who aims to be playback. She resides in a group of apartments where people of various mindsets stay. One night, she attends a rave at the behest of her mate, Swetha. The next day, startling turns take in her life by unidentified men. Rajesh, a cab driver who is a niggard behind her for his hire, denies accepting.

Suddenly, a stranger, Mahesh, seeks to stab her at a movie theater and skips in hairbreadth. Later, another individual attempts to slay near a clinic when Sahasra is acquainted with Suresh Reddy. Coincidentally, she finds her photograph in his car when he says his father set matchmaking—but rejected it due to his suspension. Next, a bunch of goons tries to abduct her when Rajesh secures her, and thereof befriends him. At home, she is a pother; after hearing strange words from the audio recorder, she goes forth to Suresh Reddy, who ensures and starts his investigation.

Here, as a flabbergast, Suresh Reddy unveils that Sahasra overlooked a day in her life. Moreover, her mind is absent from her deeds during that missing day. Firstly, he debriefs Swetha and knows they have laced drugs in Sahasra’s drink. Subsequently, he cross-questions Rajesh and knows she picked up his cab in a befuddled state. Plus, he also testified with his mate Machavarapu Abbulu, a theatre actor who was present at that time. Then, through the audio recording, Suresh Reddy catches a guy, Bojo / Bhaskar Raju, who states Sahasra voluntarily traveled in his car following Rajesh’s trip.

After a monkey business, she fled when he and his friend moved two sides trying to find her, and suspiciously, his friend died. The case gets entangled, which panics Sahasra, and Suresh Reddy consoles her. Meanwhile, Sahasra grows fond of Rajesh and visits his house. Therein, Rajesh’s brother, a secretive man, all at once strangles at Sahasra. Since it is inescapable, Rajesh strongly strikes him, and he dies. Later, Suresh Reddy finds a strange symbol at Rajesh’s residence and recollects the past.

Ten years ago, he apprehended an insane blessed Surya Swamy who survived on the road, and it is his symbol. Forthwith, Suresh Reddy is knowledgeable regarding the attack on the movie theater and rushes to meet Mahesh, who is currently at a mental asylum. Interrogating him, he learns that, as of today, Surya Swamy has established an enormous organization with numerous disciples—the night when drunken Sahasra reaches their ashram and disturbs the practices. From there, the devotees are back to slay her, and Bojo’s friend, while shielding Sahasra, is slaughtered by them.

Presently, Surya Swamy’s disciples abduct Sahasra on the verge of burning her alive. At this, Suresh Reddy and Rajesh shield her with wit and permanently solve the problem. It is revealed that in the early hours of the missing day, an older man at Sahasra’s apartment found her dizzy in the street and took her to the house. At last, Suresh Reddy proclaims Rajesh the drugs he lift-back at the peddler entered the rave wherefore he lost Sahasra and congratulates him.

Finally, the movie ends happily, sorting out the puzzle of the missing one-day mystery.
