Asadhyulu Story

The film revolves around a psychiatric center where Sridhar, Anand, Dr. Pratap, and Vinod suffer from different mental health conditions, each with their own backstory. Dr. Vyjayanthi, the newly appointed doctor, befriends the four of them and wins their trust. One day, she takes them on a picnic, assuring their safety. On the return trip, Vyjayanthi accidentally witnesses MLA Chidambaram and his son Jagapathi murdering a CBI officer who possesses a diary containing proof of their illegal activities. The diary falls into Vyjayanthi’s hands, making her their next target.

The rest of the story follows how the four men, despite being labeled as “madmen,” rise to the occasion and protect their beloved doctor from the powerful criminals.
