Oka Chinna Maata Story

The film begins in a colony where people of varied backgrounds live together. Chandu, a top beautician, becomes a tenant in the house of colony president Abbaigaru. Geeta, a distant relative of Abbaigaru, also arrives there, and Chandu quickly falls in love with her, waiting for the right time to confess. Meanwhile, his maternal aunt wants him to marry her daughter Sireesha, while Geeta is harassed by Rajeev, a psycho who persistently pressures her to marry him. To everyone’s surprise, it is revealed that Chandu and Geeta are actually husband and wife without realizing it. The story flashes back: years earlier, Chandu had attended the wedding of his father Chalapati Rao’s best friend Parandamaiah’s daughter—Geeta. When the groom was exposed as a fraud, Chandu was forced by his father to marry Geeta to save face. The sudden marriage left them estranged, and on their way back, they traveled in separate train compartments. During the journey, they unknowingly connected by singing the same song, but tragedy struck when the train met with an accident, killing everyone except Chandu and Geeta, who each mistakenly thought the other had died.

In the present, Chandu proposes to Geeta, but she refuses in a letter, explaining her past. Rajeev, however, finds their wedding album, prints wedding cards, and exposes the truth, creating a rift between them. He further manipulates matters by morphing photos to make it appear that Geeta has another husband. Unaware of this, Chandu continues trying to reconcile with Geeta. Pressured by his aunt and distraught after Sireesha’s suicide attempt, Chandu reluctantly agrees to marry her. On the wedding day, Sireesha discovers Geeta’s old letter, revealing the truth and halting the ceremony. Meanwhile, Rajeev abducts Geeta on a train, but Chandu rushes to the station and proves his identity by singing their special song. Recognizing him, Geeta stops the train, leading to their emotional reunion. The movie ends on a happy note with Chandu and Geeta finally united.
