Iddaru Pellalu Story

A Zamindar lives with his wife Radha, who is perturbed as they are childless. One day, the Zamindar becomes acquainted with a dancer, Pushpa, who traps him with the help of her accomplice, Appala Swamy. The Zamindar convinces Radha to allow Pushpa into their home, and slowly Pushpa takes over authority. Time passes, and Radha becomes pregnant. However, the vicious Pushpa throws the newborn baby into a dustbin and claims it was a miscarriage. A sweeper named Ramudu finds the baby and raises him as Mallaiah. Since his wife Lachi works at the Zamindar’s house, Mallaiah often accompanies her, while Radha develops an unknown affection for the boy. When Pushpa beats Mallaiah, Ramudu retaliates, prompting the Zamindar to dismiss them from service. Later, Radha visits Ramudu’s home for Mallaiah, but Pushpa deceives the Zamindar into suspecting Radha’s chastity. In rage, he assaults her, assumes she is dead, and faints. Pushpa and Appala Swamy attempt to dispose of Radha, but she silently escapes. Eventually, Ramudu and Lachi leave the village with Mallaiah.

Years pass, and Mallaiah grows into a skilled sculptor who falls in love with a girl named Kannamma. One day, he saves Radha from an accident, and Kannamma takes her in. Ramudu and Lachi also recognize her. Meanwhile, Pushpa enjoys the Zamindar’s wealth and imprisons him in a room, where he begins to repent and realize the treachery of having two wives. Radha learns of his plight and secretly visits him, but Pushpa drives her out. The Zamindar then overhears a conversation between Pushpa and Appala Swamy and learns the entire truth. At the same time, Ramudu and Lachi arrive, and the Zamindar realizes that Mallaiah is their lost son. They rush to Radha, but Pushpa consumes poison and dies. Finally, the movie ends on a happy note with the marriage of Mallaiah and Kannamma.
