Bava Marudula Saval Story
The film begins with two inseparable friends, Jai Kumar and Vijaykanth, who take different paths in life—Jai becomes a police officer, while Vijay practices as an advocate. Parallelly, the ex-MLA Bulliraju wreaks havoc through smuggling, human trafficking, and illegal clubs, making him the nemesis of both men. Vijay’s best friend is Ranjith Kumar, a highly esteemed tycoon in society, whose secretary, Deepa, admires him deeply and quietly loves him. However, Ranjith secretly engages in monstrous activities in alliance with his distant relative, Bulliraju. Unbeknownst to the friends, Jai and Vijay each meet and fall in love with Ramya and Kalpana, respectively—sisters—leading to marriages that strengthen their bond as brothers-in-law. Their lives seem blissful as their wives soon conceive. Meanwhile, Jai twice encounters Ranjith’s dark dealings, but Ranjith evades capture. Jai grows suspicious and accuses him, while Vijay defends Ranjith, straining their lifelong friendship.
The conflict escalates when, in a drunken moment, Ranjith consummates with Deepa and promises to marry her, only for her to be mysteriously murdered soon after. Jai is convinced Ranjith is the culprit, but Ranjith pleads innocence, and Vijay takes up his defense in court. Their clash creates an irreparable rift that spills into their personal lives, with both men driving their wives away in anger. In the courtroom, heated arguments ensue until, in a dramatic twist, Jai and Vijay uncover the truth: the real murderer is Parasuram, Ranjith’s doppelganger, armed and manipulated by Bulliraju to frame Ranjith and usurp his fortune. At last, the brothers-in-law reconcile, defeat Bulliraju’s schemes, and clear Ranjith of all charges. The film ends on a happy note, with Jai, Vijay, and Ranjith reunited in friendship, their bond stronger than ever.
