Navvulata Story
The film begins with Bose, a crafty man who runs a love-training institute with his assistant Nani. They first help Chandu, an overweight youth who falls for the bold and beautiful Chandana. To boost Chandu’s confidence, Bose pranks by publicly declaring him as Chandana’s lover, but she retaliates with a police case that ruins them. Forced to shut down the institute, Bose and Nani shift to running a marriage bureau. Soon, Chandana’s maternal uncle, Nalla Rayudu, an aging bachelor, approaches them for a bride. At the same time, Bose faces harassment from a moneylender, Seth. To repay his debt, he tricks Nalla Rayudu into marrying the actress Nagma. Enraged upon discovering the fraud, Chandana seeks revenge and begins secretly tormenting Bose. She humiliates him by sending out random photos of a woman named Ramulamma, claiming to be his fiancée, causing her family to thrash him. Later, a doctor friend of Chandana reveals her identity to Bose. Despite her hatred, Bose remains determined to win her heart.
In pursuit of her love, Bose cleverly gains Chandana’s father Gopalam’s trust by disguising himself as his twin brother Vasu, saving Gopalam’s failing business and earning credibility. To cement his deception, he introduces a fake mother, Mary, and even uses a random photo to pose as his late father. Chandana suspects foul play and tries to expose him in hilarious ways. Meanwhile, Nalla Rayudu, now mentally unstable, ends up in an asylum where he amusingly falls for Mary. Matters worsen when the man in the photo, Srisailam, resurfaces and blackmails Bose, demanding money before the wedding. To outsmart him, Bose prepones the marriage, leading to comical chaos when Srisailam exposes his schemes during the ceremony. Though Chandana initially denounces him again, Bose bares his true heart, showing his sincerity. In the end, Chandana reveals that she and her family only tested him to prove his love. The film concludes on a happy note with the marriage of Bose and Chandana.
