Thikka Story
The film is a chaotic kidnap comedy-drama that follows Aditya, a carefree youngster addicted to alcohol. His life changes when he meets Anjali in an accident and instantly falls in love. Determined to win her, he gives up his vices, lands a corporate job, and even convinces Anjali to help reform his alcoholic father, Manohar, by admitting him into a rehabilitation center. For a while, life looks perfect—until ego clashes erupt between the lovers, and they part ways. Anjali, revealed to be the daughter of multimillionaire Madan Mohan, is soon pushed into an arranged marriage with Jayanth, the son of another wealthy family. Meanwhile, at work, Aditya’s rival Kapoor sabotages him by presenting him as an imposter before his colleague Stephen in order to secure a promotion for his girlfriend, Kavitha. Frustrated and heartbroken, Aditya throws a breakup party, where his life spirals into absurd chaos.
At the party, unexpected characters barge into Aditya’s life: his father Manohar escapes rehab with his lover Kamala, the daughter of late mafia don Devraj; a prostitute named Padma enters the picture; and two deadly gangs—Sadhu Bhai’s and Narasimha’s—start chasing him. What follows is a crazy rollercoaster of fights, brawls, a destroyed restaurant, and even a petrol bunk set ablaze. Adding to the mess, Anjali elopes from her marriage for Aditya, leading her father’s henchmen to hunt him down. Another twist arises with Virisha, who claims to be Aditya’s ex-lover, further complicating matters. The rest of the story is a madcap adventure about how Aditya manages to escape this entangled web of love, crime, deception, and pursuit, and whether he reunites with Anjali amidst the chaos.
