Tommy Story
The film begins in [[Bheemavaram]], where Professor Viswam lives with his wife, Annapurna, and their daughter. One day at the railway station, he encounters a stray dog that begins following him tirelessly. Reluctantly, he brings it home, trying to hide it from Annapurna. Over time, however, her heart softens, and the family adopts the dog, naming it Tommy. Under their care, Tommy grows into a beloved member of the household, forming an inseparable bond with Viswam. Every day, it accompanies him to the railway station, loyally sending him off in the morning and welcoming him back in the evening without fail.
One day, Tommy senses danger and tries to stop its master from leaving for work. Irritated, Viswam rebukes the dog and orders it to wait at the station until his return. Tragically, Viswam suffers a fatal heart attack that day and never comes back. Still, Tommy waits at the station, yearning for the final glimpse of its master. Though Annapurna takes the dog home, it continues to return to the spot. Eventually, the family relocates to [[Australia]], but Tommy remains at the station, faithfully waiting for ten years. Its unwavering devotion touches the hearts of the townspeople, who honor its loyalty. At last, Tommy breathes its last at the same station and is buried beside its master’s tomb. The film ends on a poignant note, depicting Tommy’s soul reuniting with Viswam in heaven.
