The film highlights the flaws of the present education system and the suffering it causes students. At St. Mary’s Educational Institutes, Principal Prof. Viswanath imposes strict rules and regulations, treating students as “robots” designed only to secure ranks in EAMCET rather than nurturing them as human beings. His harsh, mechanical approach leaves no room for happiness, creativity, or emotional growth, even extending to his own daughter. When she fails to meet his unrealistic expectations, Viswanath’s disdain drives her to a tragic suicide. Shattered by the incident, he realizes the damage caused by his methods and vows to transform the system.

Determined to make amends, Viswanath reshapes the atmosphere of the institute, fostering a culture of encouragement, care, and holistic development. He motivates the students not only to excel academically but also to become confident, well-rounded individuals skilled in various fields. However, rival institutions, threatened by his progressive model, attempt to discredit him by bribing parents to falsely claim credit for the students’ success. In the end, the students themselves take a stand, publicly dedicating their achievements to their mentor and expressing heartfelt gratitude, proving that education rooted in humanity, compassion, and inspiration triumphs over a rigid, rank-obsessed system.
