Nippu Ravva Story

The film begins with Suryam, a fearless man brought before the judiciary as a convicted murderer, sentenced to seven years. Soon after, he escapes from prison and abducts Vijaya, a celebrated sports star and the sister of SP Indrani. Suryam hides her deep in a forest inhabited by tribal communities who revere him. Although Vijaya repeatedly tries to escape, fate keeps bringing her back to him, and gradually she recognizes his integrity. Curious, she asks about his past, and Suryam recounts his story. Once, he was a respected trade union leader at the Balagam coal mines, which were under the ruthless control of industrialist Balagam Dhanraj. When a chief engineer discovered that Godavari waters could flood the mines, he warned Dhanraj, who ignored him for profit. The mines collapsed, flooding with water and endangering hundreds of lives. Suryam saved as many workers as he could and filed a case for compensation. But Dhanraj silenced justice by assassinating the engineer through his aide Dasu, framing the workers, and burying the lawsuit. When Suryam pursued Dasu, the corrupt SI Prabhakar shielded him with false evidence, forcing Suryam into a nationwide movement that shook the nation.

As the agitation intensified, Dhanraj’s son Kumar abducted and molested Suryam’s sister Bharati to break his resolve. When Dhanraj ordered her murder, Suryam saved her and vowed to make Kumar marry her. Around this time, Vijaya fell in love with Suryam and pledged her support, while her sister Indrani remained torn between her duty and justice. When Bharati became pregnant, Indrani finally recognized her suffering and sought legal recourse, only to fail against the corrupt system. Branded and humiliated, Bharati stood by Suryam as he captured Kumar and forced him into the forest. Though Kumar tried to kill him, Suryam saved his life, prompting his reformation. Enraged, Dhanraj launched a violent assault on the forest, leading to a fierce battle. In the end, Suryam annihilated his enemies, but the court still declared him guilty and sentenced him to death. The film closes tragically with Suryam walking calmly toward his execution, sacrificing himself for justice and the oppressed.
