The film begins in a village where Shanta grows up along with her cousin Vasanth. Vasanth endears her from childhood, of which she is unbeknownst. Besides, Kampanna Dora, a petrified bandit, frequently raids and loots the villages. Once in their attack, Santha slaps Kampanna’s acolyte Jayanth, whose words bring meteoritic change in him to reform. Ergo, Jayanth decides to quit the realm when a rift arises between Jayanth & Kampanna, and he imprisons him. Jayanth absconds with the aid of Tatha, a [[Casuistry|casuist]] in their squad, and reaches Santha’s village. At that juncture, he guards Vasanth & Santha against an onslaught of bulls when the villagers embrace and shelter him. Jayanth aegis & develops self-defense skills in them when Santha starts loving him. Knowing it, enraged Vasanth tries to knock out Jayanth, but comprehending Santha’s intention, he couples them up.
Right now, Kampanna traipses to destroy the village by slaughtering Thatha when the entire town gallantly drives him away. Time passed, and Santha gave birth to a baby boy. Once, at a folk festival, Kampanna ploys and seizes Jayanth by backstabbing. Santha denounces Vasanth that it is his wilful act to possess her. Devastated, Vasanth affirms secure Jayanth and rushes toward Kampanna’s fort. Anxious Santha also moves when Kampanna’s men capture her baby. At last, Vasanth shields them by sacrificing his life and forgives Kampanna, making him repent. Finally, the movie ends by showing that Vasanth’s soul blesses the villagers.
