Sahasa Samrat Story

The film begins in a village where Ramudu, a naïve but kind-hearted youth, is raised by his grandmother. Loved by everyone for his amicable nature, Ramudu works faithfully as a servant to the respected elder Raghavaiah. In contrast, Paidi Kondaiah, a ruthless man, terrorizes the village with the help of his son Gallibabu. Meanwhile, Raghavaiah’s daughter Rani returns from her studies and secretly falls in love with Ramudu. Fearing her greedy mother Rathalu’s disapproval, the couple plans to wed in secret. However, Rathalu conspires with Paidi Kondaiah and falsely implicates Ramudu. At this point, Advocate Chakradhar Rao, a double amputee and also a victim of Paidi Kondaiah’s cruelty, steps in to defend him. Chakradhar Rao takes Ramudu under his wing, transforming him into a refined and capable man within six months. With a new identity as “Samrat,” Ramudu returns to confront Paidi Kondaiah and stop his atrocities.

Chakradhar Rao then recounts his tragic past: he once lived with his sister Seeta and her husband, Chandra Shekar, an honest police officer. During a temple celebration, Chandra Shekar was assigned to safeguard the jewelry, but Paidi Kondaiah stole it and framed him. Shamed by the false accusation, Chandra Shekar and Seeta committed suicide, leaving their child orphaned. When Chakradhar Rao attempted to avenge them, Paidi Kondaiah brutally amputated him. After this revelation, Ramudu’s grandmother discloses that Ramudu is none other than Chakradhar Rao’s long-lost nephew, whom she raised after the tragedy. In the climax, Ramudu defeats the villains and restores justice. The film ends happily with the marriage of Ramudu and Rani.
