Pandaga Story

The film begins with Suryadevara Lakshmi Raghava Vara Prasad, a respected and wealthy head of a large joint family, who single-handedly supports his five sisters and their families. Despite his generosity, his relatives exploit his wealth under the pretense of caring for him. One day, a courageous young man, Anand, rescues Vara Prasad from burglars and earns his trust, eventually becoming the house manager. Anand wins over the household but also faces constant quarrels with Prameela, one of Vara Prasad’s nieces. When Vara Prasad discovers Anand’s cleverness and tries to dismiss him, he is shocked to find a photograph of Anand’s mother, Vijayalakshmi, revealing that Anand is actually his estranged son seeking to confront him for past wrongs.

Anand challenges Vara Prasad to acknowledge him as his son, while Prameela overhears and reconciles with him, falling in love. Anand then exposes the deceitful nature of the family members, creating chaos to reveal their true faces. As Vara Prasad plans to declare his heir on his 60th birthday, his sisters and their husbands falsely accuse him of being poisoned, but Anand saves him in time. Ultimately, Vara Prasad transfers his property, forgives his family, and the movie concludes happily with the marriage of Anand and Prameela.
